AA Salt are proud to have been nominated for the prestigious business award from the Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce.

We are especially delighted to be the potential winner for the Family Business of the Year category because of how our values permeate the company.

We couldn’t have done it without our fantastic, dedicated team of employees who work so hard to keep businesses functioning in difficult weather.

One big difference this year was welcoming Ben (Tanner) on board, who has energised us all with some creative and innovative ideas.

Despite working 24 hour days during busy periods, we have striven to maintain our service levels to everyone who needed us, whilst ensuring that all of our staff were taken care of.

One of the ways we do this is to offer training and development opportunities to our staff. We also offer seasonal employment opportunities for people from the local rural sector in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

It’s very important for us to be able to provide a workplace where our team love to come and work.
